1. DISNEYLAND AND CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE

The crown jewel of south Los Angeles is Disneyland. People flock from around the world to experience the fantastically entertaining and interactive amusement park, paying a hefty price to enjoy the grounds for the day. Right next door to Disneyland is California Adventure, another theme park that focuses on the perks and pleasures of beautiful California. 4. HUNTINGTON BEACH PIER

The iconic Huntington Beach Pier is a nearly 2,000 foot-long-walkway into the Pacific Ocean, making it one of the longest public piers in California. Look in awe at the natural beauty of the beach and ocean, taking in some of the famous Southern California sunshine in the process. 5. THE QUEEN MARY

The Queen Mary is a one-of-a-kind experience that can only be found in Southern Los Angeles. Construction on the historic ship began in 1930, and it was considered one of the most luxurious boats on the planet. In 1967 the Queen Mary retired from life as an active liner, and it has now been transformed into an iconic hotel, venue, and tourist attraction. You can explore the opulent boat, or even stay there overnight at the Queen Mary Hotel.
